Rule 16
The right to adjourn the general meeting
The chairman of the general meeting may adjourn the meeting to another time and place if there is a reasonable reason. But if the meeting is adjourned so that the work tasks set in one meeting are not completed, no other tasks can be performed except the work tasks that were left unfinished in the previous meeting.
